Private Lessons

Private yoga lessons are one-on-one instructional sessions where a student receives individualized attention and instruction from a yoga teacher. These lessons can take place in person or online, and can be tailored to the student's specific needs and goals, whether they are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The teacher will work with the student to create a personalized practice that addresses their physical and mental needs, and provide modifications and variations that suit their body and level.

Please note: We sell our private lesson sessions in packs of 3, 6, and 10. You must purchase your plan first prior to booking a session.


Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a form of alternative healing that involves the transfer of energy from a trained practitioner to a recipient. During a Reiki session, the recipient lies down or sits comfortably while the practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body. The recipient remains fully clothed during the session. Reiki is based on the principle that there is a universal energy that flows through all living things, and that this energy can be harnessed to promote physical, mental, and emotional healing. The practitioner acts as a conduit for this energy, allowing it to flow through their hands to the recipient. Reiki sessions can be beneficial for a variety of physical and emotional issues, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and stress. It can also be used to promote relaxation, improve sleep, and increase overall feelings of well-being.
