Honor the Changing Seasons with our Practice of the Season!

Embrace renewal, transformation, and balance through movement and breath.

Join us at Emerald Yoga Studio in Pembroke, MA, for a different experience for each season!

We mark each turn of the wheel with a practice designed for that season. These classes are pay-what-you-can, and every dollar goes directly to our Sponsor-a-Yogi program, keeping yoga accessible for everyone in our community.

Please note these specialty seasonal classes will replace the Yoga Basics class at 6:30pm on the Wednesday night closest to the turning of the season and they will be slightly longer than our regularly scheduled class.

Can’t make it? You can still donate here!
